Delivery

As part of our secure delivery service, OnlineClinic offers free delivery to all of our customers all over the world. You may even be eligible for our new same-day delivery service, depending on where you live in London.

UK delivery

If you order within the UK, your order will be sent using the Royal Mail's Special Delivery service, guaranteeing a next-day delivery to any destination within the mainland UK, providing orders are placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday. If you place an order on Friday, it will arrive on Monday provided you have placed your order before 3pm. Any orders placed after this time and over the weekend will be posted on Monday for arrival on Tuesday.

Same-day delivery

If you need to get your treatment urgently, we're able to offer you our premium same-day delivery service. The cost of the service is based on which zone your address falls into, as per the details below:

• Zone 1 - London postcodes (N, E, SE, SW, W, NW, EC and WC) - Free
• Zone 2 - Non-London postcodes within the M25 - £19.95
• Zone 3 - Outside the M25 - £39.95

EU delivery

All of our deliveries to mainland Europe are handled by UPS at no cost to you. You can expect your order to arrive between one to two working days after your order is dispatched if you place your order on a weekday. Any orders placed before 3pm on a weekday will be dispatched that same day. If you place your order on a Saturday or Sunday it will then be dispatched on Monday, with an expected arrival no later than Wednesday.

International delivery

Wherever you are in the world, we will dispatch your order to you free of charge using Royal Mail's International Signed For service if you are outside of the EU. The time of delivery is usually around three to five working days. Orders are dispatched on the same day they are placed if the order is made earlier than 3pm Monday to Friday. Any orders that are placed on Saturday or Sunday will be sent on Monday.

Packaging your order

At OnlineClinic, we have the highest respect for your privacy and we understand that you probably would not want to have details of the contents of your order detailed on the packaging. This is why we send all of our orders in tamperproof boxes which will not mention either OnlineClinic or the contents on the outside of the box. This box is then sent to you in a standard courier envelope, which again will not contain any information about the contents. It will simply state your name and address, a tracking number and logo for either UPS or the Royal Mail and a return address.
