How We Work

couple discussing with doctor about health careIf you’ve never ordered medication online before, you’ll probably have lots of questions about how the process works.

Our order process is both straightforward and thorough, providing both convenience and a comprehensive medical service. The process is relatively quick and ensures that you are able to receive your medication as soon as possible.

Placing your order...

Step 1: Patient Registration

Before you are able to purchase your medication, you will need to register with us or log in to your account. If you don’t already have an account, creating a new one takes only a moment to do.

Step 2: Select Your Treatment

Next you must select your chosen treatment and dosage from the available options, and then specify the quantity you want. If you’re not sure which dose to choose, try the lowest dose first. If you do not experience the full effects of the medication, you can then select a stronger dose next time.

Step 3: Medical Consultation

This is the most important step. You will need to answer a few short medical questions which are all relevant to your condition. These details are essential because they allow our doctor to diagnose your condition and determine whether your choice of medicine is safe and suitable for you. Make sure you give as much detail as possible when giving your answers so that our doctor gets all the information they need to approve your order.

Step 4: Delivery and Billing Address

Once you’ve filled in your consultation, you’ll need to enter your delivery and billing addresses. Remember that your billing address is the address where your card is registered to, which is usually your home address. We can deliver to your home, your office, your hotel, wherever you need your medication, but make sure you still supply the right billing address or your order could be delayed.

Step 5: Payment Details

Finally, you will need to enter your payment details. You can pay online using a debit or credit card, by cheque, postal order or by BACS transfer. No money will be taken from your account at this stage; we only take payment once your order is approved by the doctor.

What happens next...

Doctor reviews your consultation

Within minutes of you completing your order, your medical consultation will be received by our medical team. One of our doctors will then carefully review your medical consultation. They will then either:

  1. Approve your order, if the medication is suitable for you. They will write out a prescription and forward it to our pharmacy. It’s only at this stage that we process the transaction and charge your account.
  2. Decline your order, because they feel that either this treatment is not right for your condition, or because you are prohibited from taking it because of another health concern. No charge will be made to your account if your order is declined.
  3. Contact you for further information if they feel that they cannot prescribe the medication without further details from you. You will then receive a phone call or email from our Patient Support Team to request some further medical information.

Pharmacy dispenses your medication

Once our pharmacy has received your prescription, they will begin to prepare your medication. This is similar to the process that takes place at a hospital; your medication will be taken from the shelf, the date and batch numbers will be checked and the required labels printed. The pharmacist will then perform a final check against the prescription, before placing your medication in a courier envelope. No mention of OnlineClinic or your medication will appear on the envelope to ensure your privacy

Your medication is delivered

We offer free overnight delivery throughout the UK via Royal Mail and a paid same-day delivery service for patients living within the M25 circular so that you can start your treatment at your earliest convenience. Orders for the rest of Europe are delivered free via UPS and will take one to two days to be delivered. Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified by email which will include your unique tracking number.
