How do I obtain treatment?
Once you have read the information about the treatments we offer and your condition, you can start an online consultation for your chosen treatment. The medical details submitted during the consultation will be reviewed by a registered doctor, who will only isue a prescription providing you are found to be safe and suitable for your treatment. Once the doctor has reviewed your details (usually within 1-2 hours) then the order is forwarded onto our pharmacy to dispense and post out your medication for next day delivery.
Is the service legal?
Yes. The medical consultation process and diagnosis is safe and legal. Any websites offering direct prescription medications without a consultation are illegal, and websites that market any prescription drugs are also illegal in the UK. OnlineClinic.co.uk also provide clear consumer rights information and explain the privacy policy.
How do I know that the doctor is genuine?
The full credentials of our doctors, including the GMC number, can be provided to verify their status as genuine doctors. Please contact us with this request.
Do I still need to visit my doctor?
For the vast majority of cases, most of the questions covered by the medical form are more than sufficient to make an effective diagnosis. However, it is always advised that you consult your own doctor before commencing any line of treatment. The online doctor can notify your doctor of any diagnosis and treatment issued at your request.
Where a prescription medication is prescribed, is it genuine?
Yes. The pharmacy is a UK registered pharmacy monitored by the MHRA. All of the medications are genuine branded medicines, carrying the original manufacturers' stickers and hallmarks, they are dispensed subject to prescription by a qualified pharmacist under authority.
Are there any hidden costs I should be aware of?
No, there are no hidden costs, the approximate price for treatment is made clear as you start the consultation. Onlineclinic do not charge for the consultation and you will not be charged extra for delivery of any subsequent treatment.
What is your security policy?
Onlineclinic.co.uk is committed to patient privacy and security. All the information you supply to us is legally protected under doctor-patient privilege. Our on-line ordering system uses the GeoTrust secure encryption technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security for your protection.
Will my order be discreetly packaged?
All prescription medications despatched by the pharmacy are packaged discreetly to ensure safe, untampered arrival to your door.
Do I need to be home to sign for it?
Yes, Royal Mail require a signature on delivery as confirmation of receipt. You can arrange for the item to be delivered to perhaps a work address for convenience.
What if I am unable to be at home when Royal Mail attempts delivery?
Royal Mail will leave a calling card instructing you to collect from your local delivery office, or alternatively re-arranging for delivery at a convenient time for you.
Which credit/debit cards do you accept?
At present we accept the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express, Switch and Solo.
Can I pay by cheque or postal order?
Yes, however, you will need to submit the payment details with '0000' in the card number entry to complete your order, andthen make a cheque payable to Hexpress Ltd - please check the 'Contact us' section for our address. Once you have submitted the form, please put the order number on the back of the cheque together with your cheque guarantee details. Your order will not be dispensed until the cheque has cleared successfully.
Why do you need my phone number on the consultation form?
We or the doctor may need to contact you concerning your consultation or any subsequent order. This is not used for any marketing purpose whatsoever.
Are my personal details safe with you, or will I start getting unsolicited email/post?
We strongly object to spam, and assure you that your details will not be used for such activities.
What if my question has not been answered by any of the above?

Can I use more than one card to place an order?
Yes. If for any reason you need to split the cost of your order across 2 cards, this can be arranged. You will need to contact our customer service team so that they can process this transaction for you. You can contact them via phone 0207 084 7593 or via email on enquiry@onlineclinic.co.uk and they will be able to split the cost of your order over your 2 selected cards. |
