There are six doses of Foundayo: 0.8 mg, 2.5 mg, 5.5 mg, 9 mg, 14.5 mg, 17.2 mg. If you are starting weight loss treatment for the first time, you will always take the 0.8 mg dose first for at least a month before moving on to 2.5 mg.

Keep in mind that you do not have to increase your dosage if you don’t want to. The best dose of Foundayo is one that is effective without causing any side effects.
